Emanuel co-founded Tall Pines Capital in 2014 and is responsible for overseeing the origination and structuring of all of TPC’s investment activities, as well as raising capital and portfolio management. Prior to TPC, Emanuel served as long-time President and Chief Operating Officer of Hartz Mountain Industries, the largest privately held commercial real estate portfolio in the US, overseeing the transformation of the platform into a more diversified real estate developer with more than 200 properties and 38 million square feet of industrial, retail, residential, and hotel assets in the New York Metro area. Emanuel began his career at the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation u
