Elton began his investment career in 2005 and joined NEPC in 2013. In 2019 he joined the NEPC Portfolio Construction team, servicing Healthcare, Endowment & Foundations, Private Wealth Corporate and Public clients. Prior to joining the Portfolio Construction team, Elton was a member of the Philanthropic Practice Group for more than six years, focusing primarily on Healthcare clients. As a Consultant, Elton works with clients on overall fund design, including asset allocation, manager selection, performance reporting and monitoring, and education.
