I am a Principal at Mercer and work with endowments, foundations and other non-profit clients. I am excited to be working with the experienced research analysts as well as our capital markets group. My clients vary in size and scope but all require our investment expertise with respect to asset allocation, manager selection, performance monitoring and investment policy statement reviews. It's a very challenging time with the recent changes in interest rates but I am confident that with our hard work in all areas, our clients will be able to meet and achieve their goals.
