Ms. Ouyang has achieved the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute, as well as the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). Ms. Ouyang received a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Fudan University in China and an M.S in Financial Engineering from the Fox Business School at Temple University.
