Eileen's work at Calvert Impact is focused on increasing access to capital in historically disenfranchised communities - from investing in affordable housing developers and small business lenders, to designing investment vehicles and products that enable community-facing intermediaries to tap into the broader capital markets. Her previous experience includes research & advisory on investment sourcing, due diligence, impact measurement, fund design & modeling, and business development. Prior to her transition into impact investing, Eileen was responsible for deploying corporate credit solutions to government, higher education, nonprofit, and financial institutions at MUFG. She hold
