Previously, Mr. Dryden served as President and CFO of Capitol Investment Corp where he raised over $13 billion of institutional capital and completed IPOs of four companies across multiple industry sectors. Prior to Capitol, Mr. Dryden completed over $40 billion in equity and debt financings and executed over $35 billion in mergers and acquisitions transactions during his career as an investment banker.
