I get to work on the most complicated and technical finance and accounting issues in the insurance industry during some of the most challenging economic times of the past few decades. I also get to work with a wonderful team, and can see our direct and positive impact in the business everyday. I try to lead with humility and joy and love being a C-Level leader because it is fulfilling on every level. I'm constantly learning - so glad to have earned a doctorate - and am now turning my focus on how AI can speed, elevate and enlighten the work of a CFO and as well as save our company money.
