Duncan is the Chief Investment Officer with overall responsibility for the firm’s investment strategy. He chairs the Investment Group and Asset Allocation Committee. He is also a lead investment manager for Quilter Cheviot’s institutional clients. Duncan joined the company from Barclays in 1987 and became chief investment officer with overall responsibility for the firm’s investment strategy in 1998.
