Donna is Vice President and Controller, with responsibilities that include bookkeeping, payroll, budgeting, preparation of financial analyses and reports, as well as human resources-related responsibilities. Prior to joining Palisade Capital Management in 2013, Donna worked at JW Pet Company, where she was Controller and General Manager. Prior to JW Pet Company, Donna worked at Willinger Bros., Inc., where she was the Sales and Marketing Coordinator and later advanced to the position of Marketing Manager. She received her M.B.A. in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and her B.A. in Government and Law from Lafayette College.
