Donald Sherman is the Chief Executive Officer of Delphi Financial Group. Mr. Sherman joined Delphi as a member of the board of directors in 2002 and served as President and Chief Operating Officer from 2006 to September, 2018. A graduate of Yale University (A.B. summa cum laude 1973), he was a CPA and partner with Coopers & Lybrand specializing in taxation of mergers & acquisitions. In 1983 he joined Hyponex, a publically traded lawn and garden products company, as Vice President Finance and later served as President of Hyponex from 1985 to 1989.
