Mrs. Waldrum began her career in the real estate business with Houston developers and homebuilders. She also worked with a local non-profit before joining Chilton Capital Management in 2009. As the firm's Comptroller, Mrs. Waldrum maintains financial, accounting, administrative and personnel services. Mrs. Waldrum has a BS in Accounting from Houston Baptist University.
