Derek is responsible for the financial health of the company, and to provide strategic leadership as a partner to the CEO and Board. To accomplish these objectives, he provides oversight and guidance directly in the operations of the business, seeking to assist all staff in delivering better financial and strategic outcomes. He is a member of the company’s Board Credit Committee, Staff Investment Committee, Procurement Committee and Pension Committee.
