Derek R. Stone joined Heritage Investors Management Corporation as a portfolio manager in July 1982 and was promoted to Vice President in July 1992 and Senior Vice President in March 2021. Mr. Stone is a Chartered Investment Counselor and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Mr. Stone graduated cum laude from Harvard University in June 1980 with a B.A. in Economics, concentrating on macroeconomic policy and international and developmental economics. In May 1982, he received an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
