Ms. Wardle is an analyst in Mercer's Investment Consulting department. She joined the business in September 2010. She works predominantly with institutional investors and backs up senior consultants on a variety of issues, encompassing investment strategy, manager selection, performance reporting, and intellectual capital generation. Ms. Wardle has wide experience with DB and DC pension schemes and insurance companies ranging in size from £15m to £4bn of assets.
