Debbie joined Bass and Bell in 2014, bringing with her thirty years of industry experience. Debbie focuses on customer relationships; however, she has the ability to manage all aspects of the business. She is an integral part of the Bass and Bell team. A graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Debbie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. She began her financial services career at Morgan Stanley in 1984, where she was an associate of Rob’s and Diana’s, before moving with her team to Stephens, Inc. in 2003.
