Dawei Liu joined the Foundation in 2020 as an investment analyst. Prior to joining the Foundation, Mr. Liu worked in Bluestem Asset Management, an alternative investment fund, and was previously an analyst on the public investing team at DUMAC, Duke University's endowment. He holds a BS in economics with a concentration in finance as well as a BA in political science from Duke University.
