David is a 35-year veteran of the financial services industry, breaking into the business in 1982 with Los Angeles-based brokerage Bateman Eichler, Hill Richards. In 1994, David elected to direct his attentions away from securities sales toward comprehensive fee-based investment management through the formation of David White – Investment Counsel, an SEC Registered Investment Advisory firm.
