David founded Vertigo Capital L.P. in 2005, where he managed a distressed municipal bond hedge fund and a short-duration/callable municipal strategy managed in separately managed accounts. David holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
