David joined the Investment Office in 2013, and was most recently with the Boston Federal Reserve, where he provided regulatory oversight of State Street’s Global Advisors and Securities Lending businesses. David’s investment experience spans more than three decades, including roles with BNY Mellon Asset Management, State Street, and Winthrop Financial Associates. David has an MBA from Boston University, a BS from Babson College, and is a CFA charterholder.
