David is the portfolio manager for the Small-Cap Fundamental Value strategy. Prior to joining Brown Advisory in 2008, he was a managing director for the financial institutions mergers and acquisition advisory group of Citigroup and a managing director in the M&A practice of Lazard Freres. After graduating from college, David served as an officer in the United States Army.
