Mr. David Rutledge serves as Principal at HOOPP Capital Partners. Previously, he served as Portfolio Manager at OPSEU Pension Trust. He also serves as a Board Member at Kineticor. Prior to OPTrust, he worked in investment banking at Greenhill & Co., with a focus on the M&A advisory in the Canadian market. He holds a B.Comm in Finance from Queen's University.
