David works closely with the investment and research teams to develop and implement investment solutions that meet clients’ objectives. He also contributes to the firm’s investment teams and economic research. Prior to joining Strategic, David was Assistant Director in the Finance Department at the International Monetary Fund (IMF), where he was responsible for developing strategies to broaden and diversify the IMF’s sources of income and managing investments totaling over $20 billion.
