Dave is the Chief Executive Officer of Monarch and has been since its inception in 1994. He founded the firm with three partners and is the last original man standing at the firm. Dave oversees all activities at Monarch and co-manages portfolios and client relationships. He has a passion for research and fundamental analysis or, as he calls it, diving into “the numbers.” Prior to founding Monarch, Dave served as head of investments in the Trust Department at Fort Wayne National Bank and has spent his 50+ year career at just two companies, after graduating from Ball State University with BS and MBA degrees.
