Provides oversight to all investment operations, including implementation of investment policies and guidelines for the Common Investment Fund, financial reporting and analysis, investment monitoring and technology platforms, and the execution of socially responsible investing guidelines. Also optimizes relationships with investment consultants, custodians and bankers; initiates appropriate strategies to enhance cash positions and ensure the availability of funds; and coordinates preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns as well as act as liaison to external auditors on investment accounting.
