David is a career banker having spent 33 years with Wachovia in various client contact and advisory positions. He was one of the early members of the Corporate Finance Strategies team providing capital structure advisory support to bankers and their clients. He is a 1970 graduate of NC State with a BA in economics and a 1976 graduate of UNC- Greensboro with a MA in Economics where he was the 2014 distinguished alumnus. David holds his 7, 63, 24 and 79 licenses.
