Develop 2-3 year strategy for the uOttawa real estate portfolio. Execute investment strategies for the real asset holdings within the uOttawa Pension Fund and the uOttawa Endowment Fund. Analyze and negotiate direct purchase and sale transactions, mortgage financing, external management contracts, co-ownership agreements, and major lease proposals. Assess and select domestic and foreign (U.S. and Europe) pooled fund investments; review and negotiate limited partnership agreements with assistance of internal and external legal advice. Review quarterly performance for reasonableness; lead annual budget process; assist with year-end audit engagements; meet with investment managers regularly. C
