David L. Dowler is a Principal of LKCM. He joined the firm in 1986 and serves as a portfolio manager. Prior to joining LKCM, Mr. Dowler was a Vice President for Madison Resources and Assistant Director of Investments for Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York. Mr. Dowler graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Washington and Lee University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
