David S. Carella is the Chief Financial Officer. As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Carella assumes the lead role in directing the accounting, reporting and treasury functions for Intercontinental. He is also a member of the Senior Management Committee and Risk Committee. Mr. Carella has been a member of the Intercontinental team since 1993. Prior to his current role at Intercontinental, Mr. Carella was the Director of Corporate Finance and had primary responsibility for non-fund accounting, bank reconciliation, accounts payables/receivables, payroll and benefits.
