David C. Brown has served as Chief Executive Officer of Victory Capital Holdings, Inc. (Victory Capital) since August 2013 and Chairman of the Board of Directors since April 2014. Mr. Brown also serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Victory Capital Management Inc. (VCM), Victory Capital’s wholly owned registered investment adviser, responsible for the development, execution, and oversight of firm strategy.
