In his role as Managing Director, Investment Research, David provides intelligence on the key macroeconomic drivers of the Total Portfolio and Capital Markets team’s investment strategies. He also helps IMCO's broader Investment team, clients and other stakeholders meet their objectives by providing research and analysis on “big picture” trends, market cycles and asset allocation. David brings a practitioner's perspective to these discussions, with more than 20 years of experience as a market economist and investment strategist. He has held positions at several major Canadian financial institutions including RBC Capital Markets, CIBC World Markets and most recently at the Ontario Teachers
