Mr. Almeida is currently a partner at Connecticut Capital Group (CCG), a private real estate investment entity. Prior to co-founding CCG, Mr. Almeida was the Chief Financial & Executive Officer at Axsys Technologies, overseeing Finance, HR, IT, PR, IR and Gov't ITAR compliance. Axsys's value, a Nasdaq-traded surveillance equipment company which was sold to General Dynamics in 2008, had grown over twenty times in his 8 year tenure at the company. Prior to joining Axsys, Mr. Almeida worked in a variety of financial management roles in several high-technology industries ranging from telecommunications to Aerospace and Defense.
