I undertake direct equity investments, co-investments and fund investments in infrastructure and real estate. My main responsibilities are within identifying new investment opportunities, conducting detailed due diligence, tax and structuring of transactions, negotiation of legal documents and execution of M&A processes. Further, I monitor our investments closely as part of our active approach asset management.
