Dan is a Principal and Founder and serves clients as a Portfolio Manager. He is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Investment Policy Committee. Prior to founding Vigilant, Dan was a Vice President in the Mergers & Strategic Advisory Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co in New York. He advised corporations on a broad range of financial and strategic transactions, including public equity and debt offerings, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings. Dan received an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in Economics from Boston College where he was Co-Captain of the golf team. Dan is a member of the Board of Directors of the New Hampshire Golf Association.
