Daniel is an Director on the Investments team focused on deal origination across Calvert’s international portfolio. Before joining Calvert Impact Capital: before joining Calvert Impact Capital, Daniel worked on the Small Business team at the Export-Import Bank (EXIM), the US export credit agency. At EXIM, Daniel completed a Presidential Management Fellowship, including a six-month detail at OPIC (now DFC), where he supported the underwriting of impact investments. Prior to federal service, Daniel taught international relations, literature, and English as a foreign language at a low-cost, start-up high school in the Czech Republic, where he also completed his M.B.A. as a member of Chapman
