Daniel Bohlmann is Investment Director for liquid an illiquid assets at Extorel. He is responsible for long-only as well as hedge fund and private markets fund selection, develops statistical models for selecting and monitoring ETFs and stocks. He also runs the investment management for selected direct holdings in venture firms. Prior to this, he completed a PhD in Computational Finance, during which he developed trading systems for financial markets using machine learning, signal processing and non-linear time series analysis.
