Mr. Lagan joined Congress Asset Management in 1989. He is the firm’s Chief Investment Officer, a position he has held since 2005. He chairs the firm’s Investment Oversight Committee and is co-chair of the Large Cap Growth Investment Committee. As CEO, he is responsible for all business aspects of the company, with the senior managers of operations, sales, and investments reporting to him. Prior to being named CEO in 2013, he was the firm’s President for 17 years. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Society Boston and the CFA Institute.
