Dale was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He began his financial services career with Merrill Lynch in 1983. He also worked at Smith Barney. In 1999 he joined Cleveland Financial Group, where he focused on retirement and investment planning. In 2006, Dale co-founded Beacon Financial Partners in Beachwood, Ohio. Beacon has twelve financial advisors and a financial planning support team, all who worked previously at Cleveland Financial Group. At Beacon Financial, Dale is the chairman of the investment committee.
