Clement has over 16 years of experience in the financial services industry. Formerly a Vice President at a regional investment firm, Clement worked in Business Development and served as a Financial Advisor. A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, Clement graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in 2007 with a B.A in Economics. He and his wife, Whitney, live in Richmond with their three children, Claire, Charlie and Cate, and their black lab, Birdie. In addition, Clement is involved in the community through his current service on the Board for Richmond Community ToolBank.
