Clem became Managing Partner in 2024, having joined Killik & Co in 2006 as Chief Operating Officer and transitioned into the role of Chief Strategy Officer in December 2020. During his continued tenure, the firm has grown considerably in terms of clients, funds, assets under management, and staff. Alongside this, Clem has mentored many staff members into senior positions, while also being a member of the Executive Board and responsible for managing individuals across Compliance, Estate Management, Human Resources, Marketing, and Operations. He has over 30 years' experience in the industry and started his career at Hill Osborne & Co in 1986, after previously being CEO at Self Trade
