Clarke received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia Southwestern State University. He began his career as a Financial Adviser in 1999 with Smith Barney in Atlanta. In 2003, Clarke joined independent wealth management firm Vickery Financial Services, which is now our Elevate.
