With a previous specialism in clinical psychology, my work focuses on the interface between psychology and portfolio management, identifying and mitigating behavioural and organisational risks that can impair investment decisions, talent management, investor retention, and long-term fund stability. I have contributed to in-depth due diligence with over 300 active fund and hedge fund managers across equities and fixed income, using a mixture of clinical, behavioural, and organizational methods. I aim to identify the psychological and behavioural traits of sophisticated investment management and to facilitate investor retention during times of market volatility.
