She also performs comprehensive research and analysis to inform hedging and other total portfolio investment decisions. Additionally, Ciera manages the investment team’s operations. From 2013 to 2016 and 2007 to 2009, Ciera held investment roles at the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation, including the director of portfolio strategy and operations.
