Mr. Winnen is a Managing Principal at Allstate Investments based in Chicago, Illinois. He joined Allstate in 2017 and is responsible for joint venture real estate equity investments and new business development. Prior to Allstate, he was a Senior Vice President at Blue Vista Capital Management, LLC in Chicago where he was responsible for the sourcing, negotiating, structuring and closing of investment opportunities as well as the evaluation of investment management opportunities for Blue Vista's various strategies.
