Chris is a member of the Office of the CIO, responsible for all aspects of Strategic’ s investment process, portfolios, and performance. Chris also supports Strategic’ s research efforts in strategic asset allocation, dynamic asset allocation, liability driven investment, and risk budgeting. He works closely with investment, research, and analytical staff in developing, integrating, and implementing investment policy for the firm’s clients.
