Source new investments and monitor existing allocations for the Foundation's diversified public market portfolio, including traditional active/passive vehicles, hedge funds, ETFs, liquid alternatives, and derivatives. Design overall public market investment strategy, recommend tactical shifts in asset allocation, and implement risk management parameters.
