Prior to this role, Mr. Peirce served as President of the Commercial Markets SBU and held various financial roles in Liberty International. He was Chief Financial Officer for Liberty International from 2006 – 2011 where his responsibilities included directing the financial reporting, planning and internal controls functions for Liberty International’s operations outside the United States. He was also actively involved in many of Liberty International’s acquisitions.
