Charley Butler is Chief Pension Officer where she oversees all aspects of member services including member experience, employer relations, quality and risk management and actuarial services. Charley is a transformational leader with a passion for building and working with high performing teams. She has nearly two decades of experience in leading contact centres, managing transformational change programmes and driving innovation in customer experiences. She joined Ontario Teachers’ in 2015 as Vice-President, Member Experience & Innovation, after holding numerous senior roles across Canada, the UK and India.
