As Chief Investment Officer, Charles is primarily responsible for charting his firm’s equity investment strategy, performing portfolio management duties, and executing equity trades. In addition, he works extensively with the firm’s clients on the development and implementation of their financial plans and investment policies. Prior to founding Alder, he spent 8 years as a Financial Analyst in the health care industry, where he concentrated his efforts on financial forecasting, corporate valuations and mergers & acquisitions.
