Mr. Charles Mott serves as Managing Director at John W. Bristol & Co. He was formerly Chairman of Baker, Weeks & Co. where he was also Director of Research from 1960 to 1976. Baker, Weeks was acquired in September 1976 by Reynolds Securities, which later merged with Dean Witter. Charlie served as Executive Vice President of both firms before joining John W. Bristol & Co. in June 1978. A 1953 graduate of Williams College, he attended New York University Graduate School of Business Administration and is a CFA charterholder and a Chartered Investment Counselor. He is a trustee of the American Museum of Natural History, a trustee emeritus of Williams College, a director of Berkshire Farm Center
