Charlie is a Managing Partner and co-founder of RCP. He is the co-portfolio manager of the core and small/emerging primary funds families. Charlie is a member of the Investment Committee and is active as an advisory board member of various underlying funds. He has been involved in the private equity industry for over 30 years. Prior to founding RCP, Charlie was an Executive Vice President at Heller Financial, where he founded and managed the capital markets group. He also served as Senior Managing Director at Heller Capital Management, the firm’s private equity investment business, where he oversaw a large portfolio of middle market buyout limited partnership interests and direct investments
